our AR reps look like dr-g dealers. Someone needs to give them belts for their pants. They be axing customers but no one understands them. AR comes to COR for training. AR managers use COR managers for input. They are inept. If AR is so good, why is it that we have customers asking us when they walk in if we are a corporate store ? Its been this way for over 10 yrs and we keep getting more and more people asking us this everyday. And why does AR send people to COR to get this done and that as they have no idea or access ? AR stands for authorized re--rds
Stores don’t won’t close…they will however all convert to AR.
I don't think that will happen anytime soon
Close down all COR stores now. They are a drain on AT&T revenue. Never have been and never will be profitable, kinda like payphones.
