Anonymous Poll vote for WFH

I feel the memo a certain higher up sent regarding people wanted to return to office some time ago is so one sided. They should at least make a poll for people to vote if they want to return just like those survey they sent you for employees to fill out. It’s their opinion if it is safe to return, which I am sure many other employees disagree

It's your choice vote...you chose to work where you want...The chosen should be of the people, by the people and for the people.

This article shows the firm now backed away a little once they pi---d off some employees. They just have to go there and push their luck until some people are mad before you back away...

It’s simple. It’s because of their real estate and real estate leases. The local politicians give these companies tax breaks/deals, but the deal is, their employees must come to office to help keep the local economy afloat. If employees are not commuting into office, the local businesses will suffer.

That’s why no WFH. They made a deal. And you coming into office is the deal.

Fight back by not spending one penny for lunch or anything.

Buddy, it is higher management’s idea to want employees back to office, not employees themselves. That is why they made it look like only those that want to “return” got their voices heard while they act like those that favor full WFH don’t exist, because those that WFH outnumber those that do want to RTTO. They are just throwing employees under the bus here, using them as excuses

I dont even think it's a matter of whether it's safe or not. I think Chase isn't keeping up with the tinea. A lot of companies shifted to wfh with no issue. Chase is just stuck with old thinking

Top management wants us to return to office. Stop whining about it and get over it.
