Poor quality costs

I think that NOV no longer cares about quality at all. When I first started working here, the company gave much more importance to quality. How big an impact will a poor quality product have on NOV? Any thoughts? Of course, poor quality can negatively affect the company, but unfortunately, it seems to me that the leadership doesn't care much about it.

The reality is that we have to do everything well. Be safe. Make good products. Deliver. And don’t be so expensive that we can’t compete. Any one of these can derail us. If you think management doesn’t care about quality that’s just your perception. They know poor quality costs money or costs customers. We have to do all of this well.
