This is the date that we were told today (moved out from June 1).

No surprise…. A house of cards….was obvious from day 1 when they formed the unit…. Lmfao…
I heard that the date will be moving out a few weeks, but I don't know what the new target date is yet. Shouldn't be too much longer though.
Is this still on for July 1st? That's only a week-and-a-half away, and it's been eerily quiet. OR has TOB date been moved out yet again?
It’s more than Just WH being restructured on June 30th. It’s the remaining pieces outside of services getting restructured. Good luck to all
Merative
Yes, former Truven is going. Well, at least those of us that survived.
What happened to the Truven Analytics people? Are they going with this move?
It looks like IBM and Francisco are just deciding on who stays and who goes. Much like Lenovo. There is imbedded talent that both sides value. The marketplace since WH went up for sale has changed and continues to change considerably. The hyperscalers are finding out that unlimited growth is starting to flatten (this tends to happen when you are a monopoly) and that generic non-specific industry solutions are not the end all to beat all. Just look at Cerner Oracle bought them, because they needed a industry specific solution. It was cheaper to buy it vs compete for it. That realization is starting to take hold across Wall Street, and the hyperscalers will have to adapt if they want to continue to grow. NOTE there is a reason IBM is investing in GBS Industry specialization centered around mainframe and Redhat with niche offerings around AI
Better to jump off sinking ship
Than sit on bu-t get pinky slip
A few people from our team in Ann Arbor, MI went to Availity (also in Ann Arbor).
Do you know anyone who left?
Where did they go?
Zzzzzzzz
Well did they at least come up with the new name for the new company yet?
Reminds of the Lenovo divestiture. Yikes! "deja vu all over again"
Let the bloodbath begin
