Former Fiserv associates begging to come back, those at BILLGO, NCR, Amazon and many others calling to ask about returning.

We have had 15 people leave our team over 3 years --- one person has come back. This one person is highly connected to mgt on the team.
If a Fiserv recruiter reached out to me to come back. I would tell them to pi-s off. After 10 years at the company, and excelling at all my positions. HR and my new First Data VP/Manager didn't even take the time to reach out and say thank you for putting in extra hours to make them look good.
If this is what i experienced as a high performer. Why would anyone ever want to comeback this place? Glad i'm working for one of the Top 10 tech companies in the US making 170K as a Lead Engineer.

That is a bunch of Bu-----t. I make double what i made at Fiserv and work in a better environment. Fiserv Management doesn't have a clue what the he-l they are doing. The Frank show, is all about trying to rake in as much cash for Frank so he can try to hang with the real CEO's.
Frank just step's on people and disregards them as he progress's forward getting his wallet bigger. Maybe he will no longer be a greedy CEO that lets people go to make his numbers look good. He double the expected earning, yet continues to lay people off and cut where he can. This place is a toxic mess, and don't think for a minute that FrankServ has anyone's best interest at heart.

Unless they're working in a distribution center, literally no one would ever ask to leave Amazon to return to Fiserv.
When do they start? We are still waiting for someone to pick up the slack since no one who has left has been replaced. Company is getting brittle.
I personally know 15 people who have left in the past 2 years, and not a single one of them want to ever return to Fiserv (aka First Data).
