hiring because VPs and higher fired everyone during COVID - pilot plants were running with a single person (wtf) and were talking about shutting plants due to (literally) nobody left to run them.

But pay is miserable - ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask for more cash, as it is a market where workers cannot be found.

ISC...you should be aware that the strategy is to reduce sites down to 3 or 4. No one is safe because there really isn't a road map or solid strategy to get there, but DA is holding everyone's feet to the fire to cut costs. Right now the strategy is to consolidate to Mexico and large facilities like Tempe, Phx, Florida, but rest assure, that will change when it goes wrong or too slow. It's a sell off strategy that will ultimately win out after several GSI leaders fail and the company spends millions on consultants to come in and tell senior leaders how messed up they are with core, non core strategy.

Please let it be Minnesota and ISC division. Like the song. Hit the road jack and don’t come back no more no more. Instead of using Jack use your name.

In the process of looking for a new job. I worked all the overtime and was planning on layoffs. So I won’t be going down with the Honeywell tidy bowl SS Titanic. Look at that big log. Watch it spin as it spins down the whirlpool with you on board.

I have been planning my exit strategy since I started Honeywell.

ISC= Integrated Supply Chain. Otherwise known as Production. The Assemblers, Technicians, Product Eng's, Planners, Stockroom, ETC. You know... the people who actually are expected to work for their entire shift and produce value for the Big H. Remember, anybody off the street can do these jobs /S.

Development..... It's always the most safe. ISC layoffs while development will get raises.

Supplier Readiness Team - they were the supplier recovery team 2 years ago then COVID hit and HON blew it up. Most HON thing ever - create a group, blow it up, bring it back under a different acronym and hope nobody notices

Any group that's pretty much have a ton of costs and generate almost no revenue. So a group like Forge I would expect to have a ton of layoffs.

ISC in the high cost regions (NA and Europe) will take the brunt of the upcoming Layoffs. The CEO and the BOD are the most Safe.
