Commercial Portfolio SAs are being considered for C2E and Agile TSA due to lacking revenue which is having a domino effect of not backfilling SAs when they leave.
C2E and Agile TSA are a complete disaster for customers and for SAs. SEDs, SSEMs, and SEMs continue to ignore the many significant losses and complaints about C2E and Agile TSA.
No truth to this. Is the person who keeps posting this the RTP is closing guy?
I was in commercial for several years before taking a different role. My guess is this will be branded as just a way to tag the SE to the opportunity initially and more focused on those that cover the "territory accounts". They might even take all the "territory accounts" and move them to 100% virtual touch and only use C2E if you need a SE to be engaged. It is just a numbers game - more quota means more headcount for the AMs but they are having a hard time assigning dollars per SE. We all know AMs that can't function without "their SE" with them 100% of the time. Commercial does have some brilliant people but they get drowned out by those focus on the TPS reports (tech close, check-ins, SFDC hygiene...the list is long)
Our AMs will not use C2E and Agile TSA. It adds 5x the work for us, cause we have to do a prep meeting, explain everything, then during the meeting we have to remind them what we are trying to achieve during the meeting, and there is cleanup after the meeting as usually it ends in a waste of time for the customer, and they are not impressed with this new approach of Cisco. Then the next opportunity, we typically get someone new and the cycle starts all over again. Customers do not want C2E and Agile TSA. We have stopped using it when all possible.
Central is having a mass exodus of AMs and SAs and there are no backfills. Our Operation leaders are a joke and AMs and SAs are trying to leave as quickly as possible.
