Band 6 since 2016 making $24 per hour….
Band 6 and I work in sales I made 80k last year including incentive also my hourly raise for 2022 was less than .50 cents...what a joke and they've been raising tiers consistently every quarter.
Band 6, 11 years experience. 22.25 an hour. Insulting but I make sure they pay in other ways
Pay can vary wildly.
I am band 6, sales, base is 80k and bonus is 25-30k. Total comp is roughly 105-110
I’ve been a band 6 since 2009 I make 52k
I’ve been a band 6 for 15 years, exceeds/exceeds and am at 70k
