There are so many unnecessary layers to navigate for no good reason and it's getting tiresome. Things would run so much smoother if we had better and more streamlined channels of communication throughout the company. Not to mention, that would show how many positions in management are completely useless and can be cut without losing anything valuable. It would be a win all around.

Everyone’s everybody’s buddy in management. They only want yes sir no ma’am people. So don’t try to improve communication because it’s only their way, and if you want those persons that goes against their will. Expect a PIP or RIF.
They love using propaganda or where did you get your information from. When you go in hence the cult philosophy. Then you become negative person. Expect discipline action all the time. Because how dare you not go with the flow of the management. Group leaders and back up group leaders are puppets of the management.
If you wanna improve communication, find a new job. Which I’m working on and when I get my new job. I won’t have to work around a bunch of Stepford wife’s.

We are exactly like Boeing. If a plane ever goes down because of Honeywell, we will be worse off than Boeing. Our culture makes Boeing look like a saint. I guarantee Boeing will never do work with us again if something bad happens. The result of Honeywell products.
It’s time for you to find a new job before it’s too late.
The political bs is all about investors and customers. Employees are the smallest part of that equation. If the bankers say you need XX% diversity leaders then all of a sudden your VPs start being replaced. Has nothing to do with political views or beliefs of Honeywell… all about money.
This is what happens when the friends and family insider game gets out of hand. If you have the right connections, lick the right boots, and embrace the toxic mindset then you too can one day join the ranks of leadership.
Don't worry if the organization is too top heavy, apparently we can just keep slashing out out the lower ranks to make room for more big fish with gigantic salaries...
Company need stop worrying about all the political agenda cr-p, pronouns you know, accelerator training that doesnt pertain to our jobs. COS boards making sure all green and so on. Let's be more concern about our daily jobs than what mention above and communication probably be better.
Improved communication requires greater transparency, so, no, it can’t/won’t improve.
Absolutely— start by collocating the workforce like apple garmin and others have done. Shutting down fifty percent of the existing sites will get that done.
Next focus on core businesses that have potential over the next 3 to 10 years. Hard to say what that will be .. probably not oil so we should cut all investment and lean it out for a divestment soon. 10k census reduction should be a good start.. make it happen.
Finally let’s eliminate all those middle layers clogging up communication. We should make every manager give a short pitch on how they motivate employees and then dump the bottom 25 percent. Promote the survivors to senior manager to keep them from noticing.
