Things are good right now. There haven't been any major layoffs in a while, we're hiring which means that we are in a really good position financially, and still, we have people who keep complaining about this or that. If you're acting like this at a time like this, I hate to think what you'll be like when things go bad once again.

What can we do to make them feel better? Not a false, "i'll lie to you to make you feel good" type feel better, but a real "your life will be better than now, your soul will be cleansed, and the gardens, dates, and rivers of milk promised to you we can reach together through our work?" type better
