Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

This one is for the HR managers and accommodation managers

I am curious to know out of the 20,000 jobs lost since the merger how many were laid off due to the mandate? Also how many were laid off just in TFB due to the mandate?

Did T-Mobile grant religious accommodations for anyone? I felt like this was one size fits all policy. Kinda of Un Legere like if you ask me for a company about BEYOU.

It's not about who got let go because of either Religious or medical situations. Washington's. They're now laying off now laying off those who got the vaccines across the company. There is a general reduction in force going on. As we speak. Nothing about the ongoing reduction in force would be would be covered in a 2021 proxy statement.

So just curious were the states whom passed mandate legislation part of the 38 states T-Mobile Counsel were compelled to go up against in a case by case basis? Were these granted religious accommodations indefinite essentially passed the RTO April 4th date...?

20,000 is not true. That’s just CWA bluster. More like 5K. Had 80K at merger. Now about 75K. Facts. Proxy statement for 2021 just filed last week where they disclose the numbers.

Yes, religious accommodations were granted. I'm aware of several who received them. But it was pretty state-dependent. Some states made it easy to receive an exemption bc they passed COVID specific legislation.
