Do the math, and figure out what Verizon pays us per item in actual real money. For example how much per new line, upgrade, etc. I'll let you do the math and figure it out. But when you do your jaw will hit the floor.

ATT gives $40 commission for new lines and $9 for upgrades. No "bucket" system. Good reps making 3k +

1 new line is about $1.65 an upgrade is roughly 60 cents.
How much do we really make for 1 upgrade on high tier? Anyone know?
It's okay they gave us a bag of toddler toys to keep morale up. I'm still wondering about the small empty jar, must be to put our tiny commission in. There are not enough dollar store fidget poppers to destress from this slap in the face. Instead of fixing our systems or a better raise, our hard earned dollars are going to a bag of baby toys for all adult employees! What a joke!
