Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

The decision is mine not yours…

Why would you think that your poor, biased career advice is something I or the other 44,000 would care about hearing? Your obvious bias oozes out as you have no clue that the majority of us love our careers at Fiserv! Lol

Op, go back and read the post that prompted this post. That poster in NO WAY implied the choice was not the individual employee. Go back to your day job.

Oh here we go again, the "happy " employee on a board called the layoff.com posting about how great the company is and how happy they are working for Fiserv -- We all know you are a company troll.

What has become of this company is truly sad. So many families impacted by being forced to relocate unnecessarily. So many good workers can never be replaced by people walking in the door. He should be ashamed of himself…..I believe in karma!

Over 200 million paid out in in severance in 20/21 another 100+ on tap for 22. Yes the annual report did again say 44k employees there is no way that can be accurate, sure it will be amended at some point because these numbers dont jive.

And if it proves true you lost control of your employee database as someone else mentioned but not confirmed, why would I want you as an employer?
What other data did you lose control of? Bank direct deposit? Insurance? Salary and payroll? Background checks?

Many employees of Fiserv, as it was, enjoyed their careers. It was not perfect but no firm ever is. (See IBM under John Akers). Many do not enjoy their careers now under First Data rule which is far from perfect. (See Xerox under Ursula Burns).
