Poll of those like myself in the west who manage business reps and had to enforce the vaccine mandate. Were you able to bypass T-Mobiles policy and get Religious Accommodations honored or did it come down to the state legislation you were in and how much T-Mobile Counsel was ready to compell those Religious Accommodation Requests?
I honestly had my hands tied and was told this was T-Mobiles stance on the vaccine mandate policy but I am hearing some parts of the country where legislation was passed to bring that to a halt and some managers were able to approve Religious Accommodations?
