Would someone be able to help me figure out what how Cenovus manages Bands, Grades (or whatever the organizational term is) within?
Also, what would be corresponding salaries for those ranges. I see the info on Glassdoor but the ranges are too wide and I was hoping that this board may be better when it comes to getting the info.
