NYC location. Min $103,600 mid $147,600 max $191,600
what would be NYC range for L? 150-200k?

Grade L in Pittsburgh location is min $86,300 mid $123,000 max $159,700
For a new grade level L coming in . . . probably 10K more than someone already here in a comparable grade level L role for the last 5 years.
