Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

We are paying because someone decided to build a office in Berkeley Heights during the WFH revolution

I heard new hires can only be found for the BH office as it’s under filled to meet tax benefit requirements.

Here is a novel thought. Instead of making people move to a high tax state like New Jersey why doesn't Frank move to Frisco, TX, Alpharetta, GA. It's a lot cheaper to love one family.

They drive didn’t drive. Couldn’t afford to. Their fat stacks of cash didn’t materialize when fiserv stonk didn’t rocket like these guys advertised.
Guess they had to thumb rides down the entire way.

You drive slow. Did you stop at every tourist trap along the way?

Doubtful on both points.
Your just a corporate shill that can’t keep a storyline or timeline straight.

It’s more than 3, but 3 OFS are as productive as 100 OFD

I wonder what the EXACT number of Fiserv Dublin associates that are relocating to Berkeley Heights. I'm pretty close to quite a few of the OFS teams in Dublin and I know FOR A FACT that not many are relocating. So far I only know of 3 people relocating.

Does anyone else feel this way when they see these Berkley bound messages. I want to give the brown noser a wedgie and dunk his head in a toilet and flush.

Close Marietta and tell them to all move to New Jersey. See how well that ages.

In another thread, there's a link to a document that outlines the specifics of the tax break. Two of the big requirements are the development/improvement of office space in NJ and employees paying NJ income tax. That pretty much tells you all you need to know.

I believe Fiserv has 3 years to meet that goal. So understaffing at this point isn’t a concern. FYI, the same deal was made with Nebraska by First Data over 30 years ago. First Data didn’t hit the projected numbers. No penalties were incurred.
