I finally stopped getting emails with "My last day will be...". It looks to me like the attrition has slowed down a bit. Am I right?

They have slowed. I will say most senior TDA folks are gone, just a few tokens to try to keep certain things together through integration. It’s sad the Heier didn’t see value in TDA management. The people he values are yes men, Les Schwab trolls and cloud lovers.
Don't worry, Schwab is still terrible.
