My manager is secretive about it. I tried to ask him some things that interested me about ISM, but I didn’t get an answer.
Now I wonder if it's just my manager or are they still very secretive about this issue?

Maybe he doesn’t understand it well enough to explain. It’s a of information and we don’t really know what it actually looks like My area is not part of it so when colleagues ask me more specific questions, I have to research answers and read the 17 page FAQ documents. So give them grace. It’s overwhelming us too but we have to act excited about it.
Maybe they don't know a lot about it or are skeptical? What interests you about it?
