I want to get laid off! I’m too old to start another career nor do I want to give up my vacation time or the pension, but I still need to work! I don’t see any severance offer coming since T still continues to hire in the BS organization which makes no sense. The low workload doesn’t justify the head count, but that’s T for ya!
It works. Twenty eight of the 42 Techs we once had have gotten new careers with more stable companies by doing just this very thing.
Me - I'm hanging for my 75 points in another eight months. Then bye bye boys.
