Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

Good jobs with minimal stress

Someone mentioned that there are good jobs at Fidelity that require minimal effort and cause minimal stress. Could someone please enlighten me on what those jobs are? I know for sure that mine is not.

true. I know someone who left another company or else he would have been fired for se-ual harassment charges (options were to leave or suffer the circumstances) only to be hired at Fidelity under the same VP that they worked for at the other company.

Fidelity is a buddy boy network.if you are a manager and you bring in a friend, he is almost guaranteed to become a manager in the near future.regardless of any experience in that business unit.i worked for fidelity for greater than 10 years and when I turned 40 a new manager came in and wanted to clean house.six months later they fired me because they did not want to give me a package.they even fought me for unemployment benefits.i went down there and won the benefits with gumption ! Don't work for fidelity !!!
