If the company could cut those employees who worked under enormous stress in the midst of the pandemic, who risked their health to keep the business going on, what does that say how much they value the rest of us? The lesson is that one should always be prepared, because we are all just a number to them.

They don't care if we live of die as long as they get their millions. The management at CVS sold their souls for more money and they don't care about the ones who actually do the hard work.
