Was told on Friday that my department would see a big uptick in Outsource over the next quarter. It's a pretty big sign of layoffs to come so I am just getting out now. My whole day is already consumed by fixing offshore lies, misconduct and fraud anyhow..... Best to just get out now.

Jon Freier sent an e-mail this week reversing Callie Field’s decision to outsource retail support. And increased minimum weekly hours for retail store employees. I think he’s at least trying to help.
Then why did we just get an email saying they did outsource and admitted it was a bad idea? Just stop.

Lots of folks in NT still walking out the door, even after the recent layoffs. Going to other companies that pay more. T-Mobile pays much less on average than VZ or ATT.
But when you make white males and anathema to the business, and you've allowed a bunch of folks from India stay long enough to get their green cards and go elsewhere....
