Management had a 2 hour meeting in my dept today. They only do that when something is up. So by the end of June we should find out. I am going to say by June 16th they will tell the dept.

If the follow the latest pattern. Then you may see cuts at the end of the quarter or the week of report out for 2nd quarter financials. I have been told by an LL4 they signed these nondisclosure contracts. All you have to do is look at the cycle plan. What programs are there. That will dictate the HC required.
They are already playing musical chairs in my chairs in my dept. and when asked who will replace that person we are being told we are over headcount and we do not have enough people as it is unless they are about to send more work to India.
It is in the policies, that Ford has to pay for the vacation entitlement that you earned and did not take. There is a table. Now if you already took more vacation that you were entitled to, your final paycheck will be reduced. In other words, you are paying for vacation you took over your entitlement at time of termination.

Why pay employees summer vacations and July 4th when you do not have to?
