Changes you would like to see here?

I only see people come and go. Changes for the better I haven't noticed and NOV desperately needs improvements. Of all the companies I've worked for so far, I think NOV has the worst management.

I would like to see a free charging station for my Segway. Plus I would like everyone to wear gps so I can know if there is meetings without me. I would also like to become a goodwill ambassador to Italy. I would like to take roll-call and attendance records every morning so I have an excuse to gossip every morning. I would like for people to show up at my gossip training course. I would like for rogain for men to replace pappychappy as my sponsor. I would like to be the security advisor for the elf.

Our senior staff is horrendous... they'll gladly throw anyone under the bus to save and promote themselves. They've intentionally taught the new staff nothing, in hopes they will fail and to save their jobs. Then they complain that the new people can't do what they do... well gee, you've set everyone up for failure. And just forget being promoted, unless you kiss major a**, complain, or throw people under the bus. A combo of all of these will get you promoted to the top.

Remove stagnant, toxic senior management, promote internally, the people who have right skills, experience, influence, respect of their colleagues. Support them to drive change, from top down.

Those that tried to make change for the better were criticized, sabotaged or punished with more work. No wonder they eventually quit. And nobody from their team wants to follow in their footsteps!
