When a certain employee has to think about how to survive in this toxic atmosphere at the company, naturally he or she has less time to do the actual work. People that once only had the work on their mind, now have to think about ranking, who to be friends with at the office, who is working against them at the office, and whether something they say is going to cost them their job.
Do they not know that, with setting these standards of behavior and implementing this culture they’re creating unproductive employees that brig more harm than good to the company in general?

Gotta keep head count to keep supervisor role. It’s tuff seeing folks keep jobs who just push recycled spreadsheets and power points. Also no comparison between all the people in the ranking group. Maybe some folks are lucky but I’m not.
