Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Anyone feel like management treats everyone like toilet paper now?

Back 3 years ago, I felt valued and that I meant something to the company.. Nowadays, I feel like management could care less, they are so offended that people keep quitting that they have a toxic mentality towards anyone who expresses displeasure with where the company is headed. I can't believe how disgusting awful and hateful management has become towards agents.

Almost 10 yrs with the company and yes. Frontline first now means cannon fodder first.

I love how salty people are. You got fired and you’re still coming back here lobbing personal insults against fellow workers. Says a lot about who you are. Perhaps they were right to fire you.

Directors and above, yes. Most frontline managers only do what their Directors tell them to do.

Stop complaining. I love the NEW SPRINT! We will be just as successful as the OLD SPRINT so stop hating.

Sprint is in full blossom. T-Mobile ethics has been wiped away and flushed down the toilet 2 years ago.

All about leadership. Who ran the company 3 years ago? I worked at sprint in the beginning. That was a good place. Leadership changed and I went too p-o p-o. Legere was brilliant in his approach.
