What is the starting backroom associate pay? I make 17/hr now and plan on going back there.

100 degrees in Maryland right now. No fan at desk and while sweat is streaming down our face, would you like our credit card? This is insanity to the associate. I had a Team Lead stand at that desk and ask us why it was so hot there. We are at front door and heats gets trapped on the brick wall behind our desk....no common sense is used in this scenario. No fan because we don't like the way it looks but if you are 122899 degrees that is ok, we don't care how you feel!!!!!!!! Thats the fastest way to have associates hate it here.
You won’t lose any money if you are below the cap for that area, which you are. So you’ll stay at same pay rate if you move to backroom and will continue to get 2% until you hit the cap which I believe is $22. Go for it. You will have to be forklift certified though. Or certifiable within 30 days.
Starting pay, 8 crumbs an hour and a leg from a dried rotisserie chicken
Don’t do it. Worst place in the building. And pay will be a level 3. Lose lose situation.
Easiest job in the building, you'll love the switch.
They dropped the Backroom to the lowest starting pay. $15
Don’t do it … stay where u are ! Trust me, you will thank me later
