I am one of those who stayed here too long. It's my own fault that I'm stuck here. In general, do you think that you have gained a lot of valuable experience here?

Learned more about the birds and the bees at Xerox than I ever did in highschool.
Did I get experience here? Yes.
Could I have gotten that same experience, while earning more money, somewhere else? Absolutely yes.
If you stayed too long you are at fault. Grow some big ones and make a change.
