I would ask...
Do you think it is fair that you received a 31% salary increase while some of us received around 2.5%?
Why would you make people come back into the office when covid numbers and gas prices are rising?
C stock is up $5 bucks to rest at 49. While this is good news still hard to be too terribly happy when a year ago we were at 72. What are you plans to get us back up to 72$ sooner rather than later?

Be aware that there are managers goaled on trolling various boards for spin control on anything negative in regards to Citi.
Are there any plans to revamp the benefits for Citi employees?
@4tyc, it’s really hard to believe you’ve been discriminated against given that 70 percent of the population are Christians. Hell, even 50 percent of the LGBT population are Christians too.
Name one interview board that hadn’t had a Christian on it, or are you just blabbing?
Good point. Ask a question, make a suggestion, get called a troll and told to STFU.
Must be a manager making that statement.
See what I mean.
Oy. STFU, trolls are so boring
I don’t feel as if I’m accepted or included as a result of my way of life. Can we have training so that others are sensitive to my needs as a Christian? I just want the same consideration and effort put forth as it is for the LGBT community. I’d also like to see a Christian representative on each interview board to make sure that things are fair. If not, then why am I being discriminated against in all of these matters? If what I’m asking for is unreasonable, then why is it acceptable for one group but not another?
Are we trying to win the "most woke" bank award or trying to increase shareholder value?
If you have to pay more to hire new employees that means the market has gone up and your current employees need a raise to match.
If you allow you loyal employees compensation to fall behind on market value, then you are in affect punishing them for loyalty.
What are your plans to increase employee salary.
Regardless of the question ask no matter the subject you’ll get the same answer.

A positive spin will be put on any difficult question and redirected to something else. Just listen to any town hall and you’ll see it.
Are there plans to give raises equal to the rise in the cost of living increase? If not, why?
If so, then why not allocate it out now instead of waiting until next year?
In order to be competitive with our financial peers, what are your plans to increase employee salary, bonuses and cost of living raises?
A core responsibility of a CEO is to drive the stock price up and/or increase dividend payouts, what are your plans to accomplish this? Can you roadmap this out along with timelines?
