We're constantly losing people. We get more worked piled on and as a result I'm getting pulled in several directions at once trying to support not just mine but other people's work. It's too much. It has been too much for months but my manager doesn't care. I think he enjoys the fact I make him look good. I wonder how he'll look when I can't do it anymore and walk away. The way things have been going, he'll find out soon enough.

And they are about to cull the heard!
Get your resume together and move out. Oracle doesn't deserve you. No one in the management cares. Serves them right for you to move on.
Leave ASAP, the company nor your manager will NEVER appreciate your hard work. This company deserves 0 good employees.
More whining from the rank and file at Oracle. Why not dig deep, decide that you ARE going to leave, and then put your mind and emotional energy toward ACTUALLY leaving.
Otherwise, you are just a do-nothing whiner. Boo hoo, woe is me!
You must have been excited to see the seven new courses added to your training!
We have had so many people leave our organization, including our SVP. No whisper of any raises or money in over a year. I am burned out and have stopped caring if my SLA numbers are met. This is how you lose the cloud wars. Apathy and Attrition, mirrored by both the executive and the workers.
Your health is at risk!
negotiate on priorities, go for skip level or hr.
At The big 0? At any other company I'd agree with you, but at the big 0, that will almost assuredly put you in the cross hairs. And not just Asia, but also Europe and the Americas. You see, the skip level manager is the one who put your manager up to it and the HR is just an enemy spy. The best solution is to LEAVE. I wish it weren't so but I could relay case after case of people who complained and got even more conflict afterwards.
If cat closes the eye, the world is not darkened.
If you stop working Oracle will not fall.
It is up to you to handle your work life balance. If your manager pressures too much , negotiate on priorities, go for skip level or hr.
Unfortunately lot of Asians don’t know when to say NO and take the heat in fear of job and lick manager’s foot.
