So my LOA for bereavement had been approved by Sedgwick and I called in every day through One Walmart with the LOA option. I checked my points and yet I gained 4 points with me ending up having 7 total. Will I have to talk to a manager about them or will they go on their own?

Your managers will point you until your LOA gets approved.
Once approved, your managers can go back in and take then away.
As associates it's our responsibility to remind those managers to take them away.
They do this because not all LOA's are approved.

Check with Sedgwick to see exactly what dates were approved. Then see your Manager if the dates you got dinged for are the ones that were approved through Sedgwick.
