So this time it’s called “ Fit and Focused”. 2 weeks into his second run — 230 jobs axed across 3 countries equaling 3% of the workforce. But hey we should know they were treated with “dignity and respect”.
Exactly 4 years to the day of the mass execution of 562 employees - they bring this guy back! I was one of the 562 - any people over age 50 are now on the chopping block with this guy!
Just when the company was making good strides. Customers have been much happier since BK came on board. A lot of work went into increasing quality and retaining our customers. All we need now is to lose one of our enterprise clients and the ship will sink forever. In his previous rein MacDonald didn't care about our customers or the associates. It was all about the all mighty dollar. Hopefully he is a changed man and his intentions are to do the right thing. He's going to have to prove to us that he can be trusted. His track record says otherwise. We will have to wait and see.
Remember when his ELT hid in Switzerland while the axe fell for 650 associates at home? The ELT got monogrammed beach towels.
