Everybody and their mother are talking and publishing articles on Microsoft layoffs. We have more substantial cuts all the time but they barely get a mention. Nobody cares. But when it's Microsoft, suddenly layoffs are a big deal. I'm sorry, but if we got half of the attention Microsoft is getting, maybe Frank and his ilk wouldn't be so quick to lay people off any chance they get.

Frank doesnt believe in culture…he dodged the question
He did not increase benefits, he just restored the 401k, at a lesser rate, that he got rid of during the pandemic.
Interesting article, i don't think he has fully restored all compensation, and the medical program still sucks.
Interesting article from May - Fiserv shareholders approve severance curbs

Worth noting from the article
In response to a request for Bisignano’s comment on company culture and employee turnover, Bisignano said Fiserv has increased benefits over the past year, increasing the company’s matching contribution for employees’ retirement funds and bolstering benefits for families and caregivers. “Our people platform remains a top priority,” he said.
It's news because it's not standard operating procedure for Microsoft. FB and cadre has a manual for this stuff. Here it's not an event, it's just end of quarter....
It is news because Joe q public has heard of Microsoft, but not fiserv.
