In 90 percent of cases, this will be true. Fiserv will give you decent severance and a chance to find work at a company that treats its employees better, doesn't expect them to do the work of three people for one salary, and probably offers better benefits than what we get. Of course, there are those who barely do anything and get paid the big bucks because of nepotism and cronyism who would be devastated if they were laid off, but I frankly don't give a damn about them.

You are assuming there is real leadership here.
