Rubber Crack Fill: Do Product Quality and Proper Pricing both get degraded?

I am ExxonMobil. Make no mistake.
But when the fella patching up my driveway mentions that not only has EM's asphalt and fake rubber prices gone up - but the quality has done down. Way up - Way down.
Does this seem consistent with everything I, as a faithful employee, have been experiencing. Sure, the rating system has always stunk, but they don't even perfume it anymore. It's now plainly cow Dung sold as 0pium.

but I guess I saw it coming, many years ago, when a manager told me the safest process for getting ahead the Exxon, then ExxonMobil, world.
The safest process:

  • Rubber
  • Crack
  • Fill

Go forward. Get ahead.
Give me the PiL.

I have seen a resin product go from best in class to guaranteed failure.

Contacted the manufacturer to inquire if something changed since our testing phase.

Manufacturer explained that they had to change one of their ingredients because that ingredient had been classified by California as a carcinogen if eaten by mice in a lab.

Sometimes your perception of quality degradation in a chemical product is due to change of recipe, not change in quality of EM’s part of the mixture.

Thanks again California.

The rubber btw is on your own dime.
Near-hits are not counted.

I take it to be pretty good career advice.
A quick view of human product placement in EM system.
Well expressed.

It is heartening to see the occasional employee that is not bitter, only for a moment.
Don't expect that on the layoff board.

What a crybaby. What has this to do with people losing their jobs. This is a site for Layoffs. Quit why don't you. Classic case of a person needing to be PIP'd 😁
