Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

Brian Macdonald plays the blame game

Brian Macdonald has returned and with him comes more promised layoffs. He talks about how he loves CDK and the customers yet his tune is the same old tune. He has not changed. He blames everyone else for his failures and takes credit for the success BK had while he was away. He blames managers for good people leaving the company. Brian Macdonald forgets that he is the top manager and yes people will leave the company because of his management policies. Brian is a hatchet man. He cuts wi--y nilly without regard to customers, oem relationships and employees. He wants CDK employees to accept below average pay increases and expects excellence in return but is surprised when CDK is below average. Brian Macdonald wants to be seen as a leader yet he is not. I would not follow that man to the grocery store because he would take you to a junkyard and try to convince you that it is the same thing. Brian does not lead, he manages. Brian is a below average manager.
