Review rewards will be sparse. Too many lawsuits and fines. Few will get banquets and many will get crumbs. If this is the norm during good times, how can it be better during the bad times. What’s most painful is seeing other banks consistently give better rewards.
As a manager, it is very tough to tell people they are getting a 1.7% increase, because it's been a tough year, every year.
I thought you have to be the managers' fav to get an 18% hike. Reviews make no sense. Toxic culture.
