I don't know how it is possible for a person who completely lacks communication skills to get the position of manager here. I swear I've never had a manager anywhere with poorer communication skills than here at Sam's, and I wouldn't be surprised if most of the managers here are like that?

- Have you ever seen communications from HO and market management? Grammar is a joke sometimes.
- The brightest crayons don’t always move to mgmt. and other leadership roles. Not always the case but too often in my former club.
