Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Lack of communication skills

I don't know how it is possible for a person who completely lacks communication skills to get the position of manager here. I swear I've never had a manager anywhere with poorer communication skills than here at Sam's, and I wouldn't be surprised if most of the managers here are like that?

Former associate here,

  1. Have you ever seen communications from HO and market management? Grammar is a joke sometimes.
  2. The brightest crayons don’t always move to mgmt. and other leadership roles. Not always the case but too often in my former club.

As long as you can sign your name with a pen and not crayon. That gives you the guaranteed 10% bonus.

Grunting at the right time helps too.
