Problem Manager 60k. Left and now make 85k as a Problem manager
As a Security Engineer I was making 105k. I moved to a big tech firm, and making 180k plus 15% annual bonus on my base.
Moved on as well. As a Security Engineer it was 105k
I’m no longer there but was a Client Partner on Premier side. $100k base. With commission, total on-target earnings was $185k. Quota was only attainable if you were lucky enough to have a cherry territory. Less than 50% of my team hit quota in any given year - this was during the supposedly “good years” prior to the FD merger. After moving to a competitor I’ve consistently been hitting quota and earnings of $250k +
No longer work at Fiserv but Director level, $161k + bonus (which varied YoY)
Client technical support consultant, grade 9, 72k no bonuses based in California
I made 85k at fiserv
Software Eng at Clover
$190k base
~$40k annual cash bonus
~$120k in stock vesting annually
My pay used to be much lower, but Fiserv has repeatedly matched my offers from big-tech.
Product Director, 87K base and about 10K in annual bonus. Pretty sure I am underpaid.
$438000 SVP base. Not sharing my bonus structure because it was customized when they offered my position.
No longer there. I was a BSA @ 100K.
So, before taxes 35,000
After taxes, the cr---y benefits etc, 23,000
To the ja----s with the political comments go away and crawl back under your conspiracy theory rock.
$69,420 Lead Director HR Berkeley Heights (I just moved from Ohio so the number is higher now)
I'm gone but was at $70k Tech Lead in Lincoln. Posting for comparison.
$105k tech lead in Lincoln
This is an entrapment if I've ever seen one. HR shill is back
$120,000 software engineer with 4 years of experience based in Sunnyvale, CA
A good senior software architect can pull that with remote siting in other employers. Granted R&R for other employers isn’t unlimited but is it truly at Fiserv?
Happy I moved on.
Director $190000 base, 25% incentive plan(mostly deferred stock at 3 year vesting schedule)
$20 million last year. Because I did a really good job. I expect to get even more this year because I've been doing a really good job this year too.
I would check out glassdoor
