Yes that’s right same old thing.. giving team members $15,000 bonus as a form of retention as our only client in SGS placed us on a CAP. Would it be bad for me to take the money and run?

Likely too busy hiring foreigners -Indians and Filipinos to work cheap and hard. Also, they’re very loyal and overly dedicated to us empire corporations. It’s pathologic loyalty and company Stockholm syndrome .
All that Americant loyalty and love means nothing. They’ll lay y’a off in a heart beat. Look what happened to t and d , gave decades of their lives to the corporation-then bo-m. Laid off. Now they rent their houses out, live off relatives, their spouses, day trading gambling, and joined franchise hustling- huckstering drapes. And these former simps are ok with being screwed over. They delight in the taste of doodie.
The execs are just fine. They don’t have to hustle for a buck. They’re deciding which 3rd vacation home to buy.
$15000 gross is gross. peanuts for a company that gets billions and billions and billions from the corrupt govt and insurance companies
Offshore model (hiring foreign workers over USA-ers to maximize vile us capitalism) Now, the corporation seems to have 7 and 8 figure remuneration for the C suites. Why is there a bottomless pit for them and not the employees/workers? Is it like that war bottomless budget? Where are the worker rights for USA-ers? Why are they so very few? What was it about the us empire that didn't give a rip about its' slaves? Stay asleep americans
If you're in OSGS, you should run. That $15,000 bonus is not actually in their budget. OSGS doesn't generate enough revenue or growth to have the $$$ to give their employees raises, promotions, or bonuses. When they claim they do, it's because they underwent a cost-savings exercise to RIF people they don't like. But then your job will be threatened again either in another quarter or by the end of your engagement's contract.
You also can't fix the terrible solution-development teams (who keep moving toward an offshore model without actually developing solutions to any schedule), which is the cause of your client's anger.
Run away!
The 15K gross bonus is really only 8k net. Pitiful considering how much we do and how much bilking is done to patients
Take the dinero and run, run from the endless psy ops - propaganda. start living the life you want without those US clowns
Any strings attached? If not, do it!
Corporate Stockholm syndrome
You owe them nothing. You’re employee at will in the cesspool
