Supervisors and managers are a joke at ALS in Bakersfield. People in job titles who have no business being in them. Im shocked they’ve lasted this long. Hopefully they will be out of business soon.
No surprise here. WFT ALS was driven to the ground when "snake oil salesmen” with absolutely no knowledge on the technology were hired as managers and directors. They thought that memorizing old brochures will automatically make them ALS experts.
This sounds like déjà vu from our DS PL management issues. Matter of fact many of the ASL leaders were at WHR when the ball dropped on it’s intelligence and the cut them all loose. They had no idea of the damage this caused the group and the PL. It’s very difficult to fix something if you had no idea of the creators intentions or theory.
I'm surprised to see any ALS posts on this board, it's probably gone into self destruct more then any weatherford entity. The transformation that came with the superhero along with his sidekicks brought als to it's knees. Instead of fixing the obvious internal problems, they turned on each other, ate themselves up and ruined a good pump company in process. ALS didn't fit the mold of the other entities and nobody in management had an understanding of it. Instead of learning from ALS, they loaded up it's management with superheros and made it as dysfunctional as the rest of Weatherford. It's currently a shell of it's former self
where's the lott.. the superhero with that name who is supposed to be the CDN superhero to save ALS into 2025-2026 (there are 5 year plans saying so)... do it... do it LOTT save weatherfurd

I don't think ALS wants to make it out of this. They have no experience or expertise left. It's a race to the bottom and their winning.
