Better make it quick. The impending recession talk is starting to slow down the job market.
Im right there with your friend, the grass can be greener. But I was an experienced hire and spent time at a few other operators in town, so I knew going into XOM that there was a world outside of it. Don’t fear the devil you don’t know for the one you do. Best of luck!
