There are many who say that this is a very unprofessional company. I agree. What is the most unprofessional thing you've seen this company do?

If you raise concerns about Change Healthcare's practices, then you're told that it shows "poor leadership for your position" and you're warned that it will "look unfavorable at reviews and internal hiring."

I can't prove it...but if you report high level management to the ethics hotline, your bustling career suddenly comes to a close here...
When it comes to the veeps, find an anonymous way to blow the whistle.

I had a human resources person tell me that I should refrain from talking about something publicly, that affected many employees, because I would certainly be retaliated against by my specific director/vp/senior vp.
I'm thankful for the warning but this indicates a rapid decline and departure from the ethics exhibited previously.

What about executive management staff that covered up embezzlement? Oh yes that happened. And the manager that let it happen didn't even get a slap on the hand. Keep it classy Change.

Managers that play favoritism with their direct reports that they have promoted because they had personal relations with. Client managers that think it's ok to talk to people with such disrespect, rudeness and disdain because they think they are better than the rest of the world. Welcome to EMS

I don't know about unprofessional, but can comment on stupid. I left a little over a year ago, and this week received my shiny new Amex corporate card in the mail. Same for another former colleague in my department. Get your books straight, folks!

The company has a trend of laying off women over 40. This week they let 6 women over 40 go in a department that is run by a young white guy in his 40s. This seems to be a trend

The company is professional. However, the recruiters and onboarding sucks!
