Commercial Real Estate

Interviewing for a for a role in the commercial real estate department in Plano. What’s the culture/management like in this group? Flexibility on the 2 days work from home? Lots of overtime required?

You can expect no diversity in Plano. 70% of the office is Indian.
Same with BofA. Their office where I met a friend for lunch was like a hydrabad office.

I'm American Indian for the record and find it ridiculous that these companies don't even try to get American workers. It's lower wages paid in lower cost of living states like Texas.

It’s exempt so when You are fully trained you have to put in a lot more hours typically about 60 a week & you do not get paid OT …. Also medium pay is $62k
