It is to the point where this company has become just unbearable to work for. And not so much the work volumes as those are not that bad in my area. But just the horrible and demoralizing culture and the constant threats of layoffs and being set up to fail and the disgusting environment that this company has become has me more than ready to just be let go and out of this vile disgusting cesspool. This company is so bad anymore that I hope and pray that I am cut this time around. Most of my peers feel the same. So let's get this show on the road and do what you have to do Allstate!

Don't worry, I'm on it!
If we hit a recession you might put yourself in a tough spot. I’d try to leave now if you’re that unhappy. Waiting on severance seems dangerous.
My advice to you if you hate it so much is if you don't get cut by the end of the year find a new job. You don't hate love your job, but if you hate a job that's bad on your health. Obviously stick it out this year cuz u might get laid off with severance but if I was you I'd leave if you aren't let go by next year
