NaH I’m joking, very toxic environment, fake leadership, people are resigning monthly from that group. They are left with yes man…. They are hoping to teach them how to make a map ;h) and do basic work.

EM with its fakeness may lead to a catastrophic environmental disaster. This is something everyone should worry about. You need good people to do the right thing not the yes men/women.
That BU is very bad..
Light touch was a total joke and boondoggle for those involved. They staffed just like any project but then let the contractor make all the decisions. The project team just had nice trips paid for by the company to exotic locations followed by high ranking and bonus stock awards.
The Guyana projects exposed much EM incompetence with their "light touch" during design translating into billions opportunity cost until they got it right. However, I'm sure all involved ranked well.
I don’t work on the Guyana project, but I know of one supervisor there that used to be a great supervisor. I hope he hasn’t fallen into the “yes man” category. He was truly one of the good ones.
