The union and the company have been sharing the same bed for years now.

Right! No way there's a strike.
Maybe back in the day when real union workers punched in.
Now, the only thing that's left is the bend over crew.

Yup, the Execs are working on how to carve what's left of the cow before heading into the sunset smiling and laughing how they conned everyone. And all the 787 workers will be soon dealing with lung cancer. Good times.

Boeing won't be around when this contract expires. Already brought bankruptcy lawyers on-board to work out the details.

Perfect opportunity for Boeing to end the union. Young guys now will take the carrot on the promise of longevity and endless work like when they took our pensions on the max promise. goood luuck

Meant to say…. it’s NOT because we’re ramping up, it’s to sway the young workforce when they dangle that carrot.

There’s a reason they’re hiring all these Millenials. It’s because we’re super busy, it’s to buy the workforce in ‘24.

Don’t even bother striking here in WA state... Boeing has leverage... they will take the work to a right to work stateinstead of bending the knees..... say bye bye to the high pay a lot of these d-mb unqualified workers even got to reach in their lifetimes... back to retail & McDonald’s where they only qualified before🤣

The heart will still be beating in the union, the Boeing Board will still be cowering, Times have changed and workers are ready to walk.

I started my strike fund over a year ago. I’ve saved up enough to to go on strike for a month. Another year of saving and I’ll be able to sit out two months. If we don’t strike, I’m gonna have a nice chunk of change to play with.
Start your strike fund now folks!

The Millennials are self absorbed and only care about themselves will only cave in and give up the fight in a strike.

So, your saying the IAM members will not bend over like last time...
The current contract is ridiculous.

There is a shortage of aircraft mechanics and engineers. Most people avoid aerospace due to the frequently published layoffs at the largest aerospace companies like Boeing. No one who has options would pick a company like Boeing or an industry like aerospace given the lower pay, poor benefits and high job instability. I see very few fathers recommending aerospace to their sons.
