So if I sign the pil agreement, do I basically turn in the stuff and walk out with security?

Plus you’ll never be able to work for xom again which is probably a good thing. You’ll be able to collect unemployment compensation.
And turn in that PiL agreement on the last day allowed, after all.
Yes. Once the PIL is signed you turn in all your junk and take off. You will get full pay and benefits for three months and a separate deposit for unused vacation.
Make sure to take any personal items from your workstation with you because anything left will be picked over by the vultures before it’s thrown in the trash. I took my fancy ergo mouse, wireless headset and all the pens and pencils in my drawer because my supervisor said it would all be trashed due to Covid rules (was 2020).
Make sure you get a Verification of Employment before you leave because it’s impossible to get afterwards. I know.
Good luck and GTFO!
Hallelujah that a handover isn’t required for me.
For some there is no handover. For others is could be two weeks at most. DonT work any extra you don't have to. Get the he'll out asap. Sc--w this place. They don't care about the loss of talent or experience anymore so why should you. Good luck there is always a better place to work.
You will need to do your handover first!
In your employment records, are you still employed for these 3 months? How about health benefits?
Yup, leave asap and you get three months. Don't stay and work any longer than you need to. I know one who worked thru pil and left at the end of three months.
