- 10% uplift to salary which was 20% before COVID and we are all hoping goes back to 20%

- Friday afternoons off
- Annual RSU bonus for high performers recently expanded to make more employees eligible
Does Chevron pay more than XTO? I have a suspicion it does based on recent employee departures from XTO to Chevron.
